By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You also agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems or networks;
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Upload content you do not own or do not have permission to use;
• Generate renders depicting real people without their consent;
• Generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or infringes on any third-party rights;
• Modify, adapt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its underlying models;
• Use automated means to access the Service in ways that exceed normal human use;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Collect or store information about other users without their express consent.

Our Service uses artificial intelligence models (ControlNet, Flux, Real-ESRGAN, and others) to produce photorealistic renders from your uploaded inputs. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated renders are produced programmatically and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unintended details;
• You are responsible for reviewing every render before presenting it to clients, publishing it, or using it in any professional context;
• Renders are representations and should not be treated as architectural drawings, construction documents, or legally binding depictions of a property;
• You retain responsibility for ensuring the final rendered imagery complies with any professional, regulatory, or contractual obligations applicable to you;
• Credits consumed by a failed or cancelled render are automatically refunded to your account, but we make no guarantee about the subjective quality of any given render.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including the user interface, brand assets, and curated style presets) are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.

You retain all ownership rights to the designs, sketches, CAD files, and photos you upload to the Service ("User Inputs") and to the renders produced from those inputs ("User Renders").

By uploading User Inputs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit those inputs solely for the purpose of operating the Service (including routing them to our inference providers). We do not use your User Inputs or User Renders to train our models or those of any third party.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Inputs do not infringe any third-party rights, do not contain personal data you are not authorized to process, and comply with all applicable laws.

The Service is offered on a credit-based subscription model. Each render consumes one or more credits depending on the operation. By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase;
• Provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date;
• Accept that subscriptions automatically renew at the stated interval unless cancelled before the renewal date;
• Understand that unused credits may roll over according to your plan terms, and that refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis;
• Pay any applicable taxes, VAT, or sales taxes associated with your subscription.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or created risk or legal exposure for the Company. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any content obtained from the Service, including renders produced by AI inference; (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (iv) any reliance you place on renders produced by the Service.

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
