By enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Affiliate Terms. We may approve or decline any application at our sole discretion, including where your website, audience, or promotional methods are not a good fit for Carve.

To join the Program, sign up through our affiliate page and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details and payout information up to date. To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement;
• Provide a valid payout method through the affiliate platform;
• Comply with these Affiliate Terms and all applicable laws.

We may reject an application or remove an affiliate from the Program at any time, at our discretion.

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Carve honestly and make only claims that are accurate and that we have published or approved;
• Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising, marketing, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws;
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Carve wherever required, such as under FTC or local endorsement guidelines;
• Use only the brand assets we provide and follow any brand guidelines we publish;
• Keep your referral link and login credentials secure and not share them in any way that enables fraud or abuse.

You may promote Carve through channels where you have a genuine audience, including:

• Your own website, blog, or newsletter;
• Organic posts on social media and video platforms;
• Tutorials, reviews, comparisons, and other content marketing;
• Email marketing to people who have opted in to hear from you;
• Webinars, courses, and community posts where self-promotion is allowed.

To keep the Program fair, you may not:

• Refer yourself or sign up through your own link to claim commission on your own subscription (self-referral);
• Bid on “Carve” or our trademarks, or close variations of them, in paid search, or run ads that imply you are Carve;
• Use cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, forced clicks, or any technique that sets the referral cookie without a genuine click;
• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or post your link where self-promotion is not allowed;
• Make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about Carve, its pricing, or its features;
• Offer unauthorized cash-back, rebates, or other incentives in exchange for signing up through your link;
• Impersonate Carve, its team, or any other person, or misrepresent your relationship with us;
• Promote Carve on sites that contain illegal, hateful, or infringing content.

Commissions tied to any sale connected with prohibited activity may be withheld or reversed, and we may remove you from the Program.

You earn a 30% recurring commission on the subscription payments of customers who sign up through your referral link, for as long as those customers remain subscribed. Commissions apply to qualifying subscription revenue only and exclude taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and one-time credit top-ups unless we state otherwise.

• A sale qualifies once payment has cleared and any refund or trial window has passed;
• Commissions are reviewed before approval, and any tied to fraud, abuse, or refunded or charged-back payments are reversed;
• Payouts run monthly once your approved balance reaches a minimum of $50; balances below the threshold roll forward to the following month;
• You are responsible for any taxes due on the commissions you earn;
• We may change the commission rate, threshold, or payout schedule going forward, with notice through the Program or on this page.

Referrals are tracked with a cookie set when someone clicks your referral link. Attribution lasts for 90 days from the click: if the person subscribes within that window, the sale is credited to you. Attribution can fail if a visitor blocks or clears cookies, uses a different device or browser, or clicks another affiliate's link more recently (last click wins). We rely on the affiliate platform's tracking together with our billing records as the source of truth for attribution and commissions.

These Affiliate Terms remain in effect while you participate in the Program. Either you or Carve may end your participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (including through the affiliate platform). On termination, your right to promote Carve and to earn new commissions ends. Approved, unpaid commissions earned before termination will be paid at the next scheduled payout, except where they relate to prohibited activity, fraud, or reversed payments.

You participate in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Carve. You have no authority to make any representation, warranty, or commitment on our behalf, and you are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carve's total liability arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. In no event will Carve be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your participation in the Program.

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, traffic, conversions, or uninterrupted operation of the Program or the affiliate platform. We are not responsible for errors, downtime, or tracking failures caused by the affiliate platform, your systems, or third parties.

We may update these Affiliate Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and changes to commission rates, thresholds, or payout schedules apply going forward. Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect means you accept the updated Affiliate Terms.
